10001 Salmon
Ingredients:
Enough Salmon Fillets for Everyone
1) Heat stainless steel pan to around medium heat. Between 4 and MED. 2) While heating, get salmon out of fridge. Pat dry. 3) Add oil to pan. 4) Four minutes skin side up. 5) Four minutes skin side down. - You can season at this point. Lemon pepper and dill, or just salt and pepper. 6) Serve
